With our financial expertise, experience in managing renovation work, and local market knowledge, we do quite a bit of real estate investment work with clients.   If you’re listing an investment property with us, we handle the entire transaction for a commission of 1.0% (capped at $7,500).

We recommend that you also offer compensation to the real estate firm that brings a buyer.  Please contact us for details.  If we get buyers for your property who do not have an agent, then you would not owe the buyer commission to anyone. We do not accept additional compensation for two sides of the same transaction.

If you’re buying an investment property with us, you can count on us to provide a wealth of data, ranging from likely rental values for ROI calculations to feature sets that can help to promote long-term appreciation in addition to an income stream.   Estimates on renovation costs?   We can get those.   Zoning, covenants, and restrictions questions?   Part of the process.   And, we’ll contribute $1,000 at the time of closing from the commission offered by the sellers’ firm to help cover your closing costs through a documented realtor credit.
