Clay Eaton, Broker-in-Charge
As founder and broker-in-charge of Eaton Real Estate Services, Clay leads our team of real estate professionals. Before becoming an agent in 2015, Clay spent ten years in the Research Triangle Park as a professional writer and trainer in information technology, ten years in higher education as a history instructor and administrator, and five years in public relations leadership. He is an award-winning agent with three graduate degrees from NCSU, including graduate studies in land use policies and natural resource economics. Clay leverages financial expertise and local market knowledge to craft tailor-made solutions for buyers and sellers. He places an emphasis on data-driven analysis. In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy traveling. He is also a published historical novelist in the niche selection of World War II historical fiction and an expert in World War II photography.
